We make it a point that all products are in excellent condition before they are delivered to our customers. However due to certain unforseen circumstances or errors on our part we have a return and refund policy in force.
Any returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and should be in good condition (unless already damaged upon delivery). The customer is required to immediately take a picture of the damaged goods as proof. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, customer will receive their refund within 2 weeks (14 working days) after the confirmation.
