Q. How do I make a purchase on the site ?
- Click “Add to cart” button on the products or services you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to continue to add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed to pay for the products/services.
- You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you have not created an account, please do so before you proceed with your payment.
- After that, please confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
- From here, you can select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
- Next choose your payment method then click “next” button.
- After the steps have been completed, please reconfirm your billing details and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click “Confirm Order” and your order will be completed.

Q. How to change my personal information and shipping address in my account ?
- Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address.
Q. I forgot the Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
- Click on “Lost Password?” and key in the email address used to register your account.
- Click Submit.
- A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q. Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?
Yes, only if the order is still in pending status.

- Orders that are 'in shipping' or 'shipped' will not be cancelled.

All transactions are done in RINGGIT MALAYSIA.
Q. How long does the delivery usually take?
Delivery within the Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur and Selangor) usually takes about 1 to 3 working days after payment has been made. However, kindly check with us if your delivery address is to other Malaysian states.
